The lessons are 50 minutes.
If you buy a package, you will be given one absence with no penalty.
You must cancel your lesson at least 12 hours before the lesson start time.
Students are given a 10-minute grace period. If they are more than 10 minutes late, it’s considered an absence.
If you are unhappy with our service, we will refund you the sum of your remaining lessons.
Yes, they do.
Students have 2 – 3 months to use their lessons. Students are not refunded for lessons they do not use.
